Toast is exceptional! It has truly transformed my operations. The ability to accept online orders combined with their top-notch POS hardware has been life-changing. It’s rare to find products today that are genuinely outstanding, but Toast is one of them.
Customer service is outstanding; they always do their best to assist with any issues. However, the onboarding process was quite challenging for us. We had menu reviews and suggested changes for two stores, but when we opened one of the stores, they lost those suggestions. As a result, the menus ended up looking different in each store. We’re still dealing with these issues due to the difficulties we faced during onboarding.
There were a few issues during purchasing and installation, but most of them were resolved within the first few days. Some configuration settings that I expected to be available are missing, so I’m currently working with the support team and submitting tickets for these. I appreciate the option to chat online, open a ticket, or call 24/7 and speak to a real person.
