Choosing Square has been a seamless experience for us. As a small nonprofit with a low volume of transactions, securing a lower rate was a crucial factor. Transactions have been easy, and payments consistently reach our account the next business day. We pass the service charge on to our customers, but it took some time to figure out how to add that to the transactions. It would be great if the service charge could be automatically applied without needing to add it manually.
Customer support has been disappointing. We’ve been waiting for a week to get their feedback on our business’s compliance with their terms of service, but there’s been no response—not even a simple acknowledgment that they’re working on it. Chat support keeps promising an update in 1-2 business days, yet it’s been nearly a week. It makes us concerned about how long it might take to resolve a serious issue if one arises.
Square is an excellent tool for growing your business and managing both finances and clients. The product and website design are also outstanding!
