While the ePOS system itself is excellent I have no idea what I’m actually being charged for. The initial terms we agreed upon were never fulfilled, and my ongoing complaint, now 7 months old, keeps getting bounced between teams.
This month, I’ve been billed double the agreed amount, and it feels like my bank account is being treated like a grab bag of random charges.
Clover has consistently supported our business, delivering nothing but positive results. We highly recommend First Data and Clover to anyone starting a new business or looking to upgrade an existing one.
Customer service/Sales associate was very friendly and helpful through the process. Right after signing documents we received our equipment promptly and we were scheduled with online training.
